The first step in the painting process is
to have your Atlanta area house cleaned. The best way to
clean your home is power washing. Power washing is an effective and efficient way to clean the surfaces on the exterior of
your home. This service is included free
of charge for
all exterior
house painting or staining projects.
- Your
house will be power washed with Tri Sodium Phosphate (Organic)
and a diluted bleach solution.
- Once
the solution has a chance to break up the mold, mildew,
chalking, and pollutants your home will be rinsed clean.
- If
your house is peeling badly we will use a tool called a
zipper nozzle to help remove the failing paint.
- Any
remaining peeling paint will be scraped by our professional
painters when the painting process begins.
- All
paint chips left behind from the power wash will be cleaned
up at the end of the job.
