1. Power wash surfaces we are going to paint to clean prior to painting
2. Tarp and drop cloth areas to protect them from drips.
3. Cover all windows, light fixtures and other areas that aren't to be painted.
4. Scraping all loose paint and priming bare wood areas.
5. Caulking all gaps where wood meets wood up to 1/4".
6. Complete any wood replacement or additional caulking.
7. Clean up at the end of each day.
