Exterior House Painting: Power Washing

Included free of charge for all exterior house painting or staining projects.

1. Your house will be power washed with Tri Sodium Phosphate (Organic) and a diluted bleach solution.
2. Once the solution has a chance to break up the mold, mildew, chalking, and pollutants your home will be rinsed clean.
3. If your house is peeling badly we will use a tool called a zipper nozzle to help remove the failing paint.
4. Any remaining peeling paint will be scraped by our professional painters when the painting process begins.
5. All paint chips left behind from the power wash will be cleaned up at the end of the job.
