washed prior to any
painting or preparation.
House
Preparation Includes:
- Tarp
and drop cloth areas to protect them from drips.
- Cover
all windows, light fixtures and other areas that aren't
to be painted.
- Scraping
all loose paint and priming bare wood areas.
- Caulking
all gaps where wood meets wood up to 1/4".
- Complete
any wood replacement or additional caulking.
- Clean
up at the end of each day.
