The process so that your rotted wood is replaced and the new wood looks seamless:

• rip out old wood
• dispose of that rotted wood
• cut new wood to replace exactly, matching the texture and fit
• prime all new wood
• caulk to seal and for a seamless look
• paint the new wood to match the rest of the home

Now you know the rain, wind, insects and weathering will not enter your home because all wood is new, secure and sealed. Once painted, the new wood is protected and blends in so that everything in that area looks brand spanking new.
